I turned on my phone and the screen turned on but had no birghtness so i went into the settings and to my surprise the brightness settings were at 100% and so why is my screen so dark yet the brightness settting so high. What can i do to fix this?

you tried a battery pull?

did you install any apps right before the problem?

every once in a while my screen goes to dim but doesn't go to sleep. i have to pull the battery.

Like the phone turns on but the lights at the bottom do not turn on at all
