Is my Evo acting up or is it Sprint's crappy network?

For some reason, my phone doesn't update my emails in the notification bar as I get them despite it doing so before. Haven't changed the settings or anything.

Second, for some reason, the weather widget on the homescreen keeps forgetting to update. It was 10pm last night yet it was showing sunny until I had to manually update it.

That and I notice my connection tends to fade in/out despite having strong 3G signal.

Is Sprint's crappy network acting up or is it my phone, which I've had for about two months?

Check your sync setting.

Certainly sounds like your sync settings have become unchecked and you need to turn them on. You're operating on manual sync. I often use the manual method when I need to save my battery. So no, it's not a crappy network or phone.

I believe it may have been one of my task masters I used that may have unchecked it.
