I'm rooted and I used Titanium Backup Pro to take off the stupid Blockbuster app (and maybe some others) that was wasting scarce space and when applying the OTA GB update, I get this string in the flash screen:

Copying fotaBoot to /data/system for customize reload...
Verifying current system...
assert failed: apply_patch_check("/system/app/Blockbuster_htc.apk", "2eE:unknown command [d5631987b8ffea821ca88af1c9421578060581",]
E:unknown command [03")]

E:Error in /cache/OTA_Supersonic_4.22.651.2-3.70.651.1_releasefd659qys0dtscpjv.zip
(Status 7)
Installation aborted.

What to do? Try and remember what all I pried off and slap it back on? Bleah.

How do I get rid of the now-pointless update that was downloaded? It's sitting in the Notification bar and probably eating storage space somewhere. Thanks.

Whats up with these noobs and their rooted phones?
What's up with these snotty nerds crapping on those who have questions and dare to ask them before wrecking their phones? Most people aren't born with the superior, all-encompassing knowledge that you were blessed with. Please pity those who are forced to learn what you've always known.

Ass. :p

^Mis-understanding there, he isnt rooted. He was poking fun at all rooted people. Calmness is key, i dont like to play baby-sitter and hand out infractions.

Anywho, check my sig for the guide. :)
