Default Update Fixed Camera in Low Lighting

The gingerbread update fixed the low lighting issues evo had with taking pictures in the dark. It was really hard for me before to take pictures int he dark, the flash was always too bright and the pictures always came out blurry.

i tried taking pictures in the dark today and wham, they are in focus and the flash now flickers to focus and flickers again to take picture.

Nice. Gotta test this out. Before the camera was almost un-usable in dark light.

I think the camera is faster in general...at least for me. Focus seems to be quicker.

Yeah mine is still like 2% blury if you zoom in a little it looks like it focuses the picture. I don't get why, it's been a bug since froyo. When you zoom out it get blurry again not huge, but enough to catch my attention.

Did you do something to get this fixed? I am still getting dark pics...not good in low light.

Is OP talking about a patch to GB that fixed a problem with low light that GB induced? Or low light camera issues since launch?
Because honestly low light issues can be fixed with ISO settings.
I have noticed since GB mine appears a little darker, but did not mess with it too much since I might be swapping phones.
Did a new patch come out?

I would like to know this as well. My pics come out horribly dark.
