I have the HTC EVO DESIGN and i bought it thinking its the greatest and the latest and paidnmy $300 but i havent gotten no 4g service cause i guess im nowhere the towers but people cant hear or understand me on this phone unless i hit speaker. Am i doing something wrong n is there something i can do to fix this problem causeni paid too much money for people not able to hear me!

You have sickle cell?

You have it for boost mobile right? First update your profile and your prl in the settings menu. If that doesn't work you'll gonna have to call boost mobile and have them straighten the issue out for you.
