Better reception (echo n callers hearing their voice)

IS there anyone out there can help me fix my problem of when I call someone n vice versa,I can hear just fine but the people on the other end,they never hear or understand what I am saying until I take the speaker button. So I have two questions 1.How can I fix my bad reception n echo problem period.2.I have tried my best to try to fix my issue with my second question by going into my setting but no matter what o did,I couldn't fix the problem, so my second question is how do I fix it where the speaker doesn't automatically come on when I answer or make a call? I Know there is some smart people out there that can help me.Please! Also,does anyone know of any other android forums out there.If so,reply to me about them.
