Hey all,
I'm having some problems with my phone and can't seem to figure out why. Here's the symptoms:
-weather/browser/any internet based app won't load or refresh
-picture messages won't send

meanwhile I AM connected to the internet and have at least 2-3 bars of connectivity (not roaming).
Already checked the phone for updates and everything is up to date. Have tried restarting with no success...any thoughts??

Sounds like you're having data network issues, might need to contact you're carrier

Connect to WiFi to see if that works. If it does, then it's the network. If not, then it's your phone.
