please I need help

I am receiving notification that there is a system update available ( 4.02.651.2) (53.7 MB)

I download update, when it finish (53.7 mb) i receive another message

What can i do??

note:

- no rooted
- have 2fs cwm-based Recovery v.5.0.2.7

i copy it from download folder before failure to update can i use it ??

Have you changed anything to the system? I have a Boost HTC Evo Design and had no problem downloading the update.

I don't live in USA I am in Middle East my phone is from boost mobile but Because it Restricted, my friend change software from boost to sprint and it work Excellent now i receive update form Sprint not from Boost (I think my rom is original !!?, no root, unlock bootloader,2fs cwm-based Recovery v.5.0.2.7) what do think ?

No clue. I'm only familiar with the stock system.

The update won't flash on a device with an unlocked bootloader. You'd have to flash the stock boot.img and recovery.img then relock your bootloader. I'm not sure how the process with affect your device since you're using it outside the U.S. Flashing back to stock could possibly disrupt your service. Whatever modifications that have been made to it to allow it to work outside the states would probably be reset.

Your safest bet is to ask the person you bought it from to sort it out.
