y dont i have hboot usb setting on bootloader

well i think i rooted it i follwed ur forum so thanks alot how would i go by checkin to see if im rooted and wat all can u do wit a rooted evo

Power off then hold the down volume button and power on this will put you in boot loader mode at the top it should read S-Off. Check your app drawer for super user. Now you need to flash the recovery so you can backup your system and start flashing ROMs. Follow this guide to flash the recovery:

no i didnt b.c it says i have to post 10 posts and i dont even kno how to do tha on that site so is their another way to flash recovery. i tried rom manager but everytime i try to go to the recovery it stays on htc

well i think im gonna just do it all ova since nothin will help wat is the easiest way to root and then flash unless their is something else u know that will help

At this time there is only one way to root your EVO Shift you have to fallow the rooting FAQ how to it is the only method that will work. What is telling you you have to have 10 posts you have more then that now so all the links and downloads should be opened to you.

well so i should unroot it tand then root it again wats all the steps i need to take to fully root my phone and flash it. wat would be the best recovery to use. i am really thanksfull for all the help that u gave me.
