Rooted, now what?

I'm permrooted now using the guide, and now what? How do I get the OC stuff/kernals and apply/flash them? With backing up my current state/apps/data.

Boot in to recovery you will see where to backup. Once backed up you can find some nice ROMs here is a link to my favorite:

Don't forget you will need SetCPU from the android market to control the kernel. If you run in to any issues just shout I will help if I can.

Also to install the ROMs and Kernel just put the Zip on your SD card then boot in to recovery chose install zip from sd card the chose zip then chose the ROM zip you want to install.

k i got it thanks! And you can ignore or reply to my last message, I see that the overclock kernal has OC/UB (overclock undervolt) which makes me feel better.

BTW I only did the OC one, the otherone won't erase things will it?
