When I call a company and it prompts me to press say 1 or 2 how do I do it on the EVO shift? The last couple of times it did not respond to pressing number pad. How does everyone else do it. I am all ears....

Sometimes the icons and buttons on my Evo shift have to be pressed two and three times. Not my bottom 4 buttons but rather icon type buttons. Should I be able to press only once or do I have to double touch? I hope someone else is having problem. Maybe its just buggy?

Both of these sound like a hardware issue. The touch screen should be pretty responsive and shouldn't require you to have to press multiple times. If it continues you should go to a Sprint repair store.
