Hi,
My earpiece speaker quit working, it has been on the fritz for a little while cutting in and out but finally quit all together.

So a bought a replacement speaker and installed it, it worked for a few minutes and sounded like the person on the other end was 'far away' but then stopped working all together a few minutes later.

What could the issue be ? I have not tried a reset ? help lol

Try a reset. But it doesn't sound good since it sounds like a hardware issue. If you have insurance, I would just claim it. I've had my shift for 1 1/2 years and the speaker is sounding a little weird lately.

Mine also stopped working a while ago but I ended up having to have it replaced under insurance
