taken notes while on the phone

on the black berry you can be on a call and use the home screen option to take notes of that phone conversation. can this be done on the EVO shift.
has any one found out how to use this option. or another way.

You can use the HTC notes widget put it on one of your screens when on a call tap the home button go to that screen and start taking notes. To get the widget from the home screen tap an hold go to widgets then from the list select get more widgets then download the notes widget from the list. Once downloaded add it to one of your screens.

Big D5~ Maybe I'm reading your msg wrong, but I went to my home page & I looked everywhere for "go to widgets" & haven't found it. ?

On your home screen bottom right corner tap the + button. Once installed the notes widget takes up a full screen so you will have to remove all the widgets from a page to make room. Play around with if see if you can figure it out then if you have any more questions post back.
