When receiving phone calls

Has anyone had the issue where the phone is CONSTANTLY clicking when you answer the phone call that you receive? It's been happening a lot lately within the past month. I was wondering if anyone has found a solution to said problem. Thanks in advanced!

My wife has mentioned something to this effect with hers. Insurance replacement, old shift didn't do it. Also, somethime during this clicking, her phone takes upon itself to dial the person she's talking to while they are on the other line. Gets kinda confusing. Doing GB update tonite and then factory reset. If it goes away, I'll let you know.
