Does this suppose to come with the pouch/bag?

The pen nib/tip suppose to be loose?

Yes when you touch the pen to the Flyer the point retracts slightly, like a click and if you touch the end of the pen you will feel a wobble. Also, you will not receive a pouch or headphones with your Flyer from BB, but there is a lot of discussion in other threads about pouch alternatives.
