The screen is definitely not gorilla glass. Don't ask me how I know... :(

(PS fortunately, it isn't too bad, and I think if I add a screen protector now, it'll smooth out the surface some)

Bummer! I know you said not to ask, but I'm curious how it happened. I hope it wasn't the stylus!

I bought and installed an invisible shield screen protector as soon as I got mine. This is the first one I purchased of this brand. It's well worth the extra money.($24.99 @ BB) Take a little extra time and be careful when installing it. Hope it smooths our your screen some.

:'( Ouch!

I hate it for you, but thanks for letting us know, I will be extra careful until my screen protector arrives. Also, I am curious if it happened while writing or if you had the stylus stored in the case with the Flyer? Hopefully the screen protector will take care of it for you.

I am using a GreatShield (matte finish)... it really cuts down on the reflected glare.

I ordered the crystal clear, which was stated to have a better display quality, so we should compare, when I receive mine and install it.

Definitely not the stylus -- Just a big purse, with keys in the wrong spot, and too lazy to put it in one of the awesome covers I was bragging about the other day.
