Thanks goes to darchstar from xda for this and his hard work.
Finally! This is the first OC kernel or Rom I have been able to flash and run on my 2.1 hero without a bootloop. Looking forward to seeing the performance gains. Thanks for posting this Beezy, and to darchstar and other developers that work on this stuff. I was beginning to think I would never, ever get to experience overclocking on 2.1.

Whats your settings(profiles) for screen off and charging?

i messed with the settings a bit and it seems better but still overheating when on my charger in my car (this is mostly when it is overheating now). Before it was also overheating before I woke up, like if i had missed calls and the screen was locked but on (Stock lock screen with swipe pw) Here are my current settings:

    Standard: 768,614
    Charging: 537,480
    Sleep: 537,480
    Failsafe: 537,480

(Seems to work better now with sleep and charge set the same) Upon looking at these and thinking some more I am going to try:

    Standard: 768,614
    Charging: 245,480
    Sleep: 245,480
    Failsafe: 245,480

Yeah i would try keeping it low like that when charging. The highest i go with screen off is 480.

*Also have a good road trip, let us know how the radio and oc'ing goes.

I have rooted, installed roms (Using yours brezzy) but I have no clue how to flash just the kernel. Can you point me in the right direction? I have searched and found nothing. Do I simply use fastboot flash boot OC-kool-aid-boot/boot.img?
    Thanked by:

Its very easy just download the oc zip place on sdcard then reboot into recovery then just flash the oc zip, don't have to wipe. Its flash just like a rom.
