Loaded the (fresh-toast-v21-heroc.zip) and I can only boot to the dancing droid screen cannot proceed please help

I haven't ran that rom or even stayed up to date about it,but did you wipe everything then flash?

Try this open command prompt on computer.
type
adb logcat *press enter
then plug phone into cp.
If it saying a whole bunch of stuff this its still loading.If it stops for a long peroid of time or starts to repeat then something isn't right.

It won't matter. I got it to work for me. EXT4 needs a new recovery, but I got it to work on mine using EXT3. Its nice but not 100%. Its going to run as slow as molases until you get OC widget on there and up the speed manually. I suspect, as you Beezy, they aren't waiting long enough.
Wipe Data, Dalvik, and SD:EXT (even if you aren't running apps2sd, it can't hurt). Load up the tools directory on command prompt (cd c:\android-sdk-windows\tools\)
then:
adb logcat

on mac:
cd android-sdk-mac_86/tools
./adb logcat

linux:
cd android-sdk-linux_86/tools
sudo ./adb logcat
(enter administrator password)

You have to wipe SD: ext.

Other people who were having this identical problem failed to do so and after doing so it cleared it right up.

I basically wiped data, dalvik and SD: ext prior to flashing this ROM and I had no issues.
