Yahoo IM and 2.1

I updates my wifes hero to 2.1 now she is throwing a fit cause the Im program does not leave her signed on. SHe was able to do it before...anyone have any thoughts. She just wants to log in and stay logged in and message nothing fancy or file transfer.

Which IM program would that be? I have used eBuddy, Palringo, IM+ and Nimbuzz, without any issues. Agile is the only one im seeing problems with at the moment.

I'm guessing they mean the stock IM app. I don't use it, so I don't know, sorry :/
