Comprehensive List of Sense Enhancements

I'm trying to find a real, comprehensive list of Sense UI enhancements somewhere, and amazingly, I can't seem to find them. I want to know what things will be different in an HTC Sense-enabled Android 2.1 device vs. a "stock, Google experience" phone's 2.1. I know Moto has Blur and the new Galaxy S phones have TouchWiz, but I need to have some starting point from which to judge the phones.

I was just thinking about trying to find such a list this morning. For me, though, it's because I want to know what changes I would have if I used one of Beezy's ROMs rather than Darch's.
