Mobile Network

Has anyone had any problems with connecting to the mobile network??? I have had the phone go from Wi-Fi to sprints data and it will just state connecting.....It will only connect once I reboot the phone. Things i have tried to correct it without rebooting
1. Disabled Wi-Fi.
2. Unchecked "mobile network" in the wireless controls. Than waited 30 seconds and rechecked "Mobile Network".

It has done this about 5 times in the past week.

Not sure if this could be a culprit, but have you checked to make sure there are no PRL updates available?

Yeah i check for updates at least once a week and have PRL 60658 on my phone currently.

Well it just happened again. I had been on Wi-Fi and turned it off as i was leaving the house. Now it is just stating connecting. Frustrating...

Try updating Network Profile. That fixes it for me.

Menu - settings - software updates.
I think that's where it's at. I'm not on stock and don't remember. Look for PRL update.

If you are rooted and non-stock ROM then you'll have to flash stock 2.1 to update.
