Exchange account on the HTC Hero
Greetings...
On yesterday I switched from a palm pre to the htc hero on the sprint network. On the Pre device, I was able to have multiple exchange accounts which was awesome. After doing some research on the Hero, I find that I am only limited to 1 exchange account. I need to have both exchange accounts active on my phone.
I contacted the IT admin for one of the exchange accounts that I need on my hero and they said that they do not support pop/imap and I can only use the account through exchange.
Are there any other Android email apps that allow multiple exchange accounts. I have searched but have not found one.
Please help.
Thanks. - 02-19-2010, 09:33 AM #2
You should be able add a second one by downloading and installing Touchdown from the Market.

either that or if you dont care about getting one of your accts forwarded to the other you could try that.

I think this has come up a few times, so it's been added to the FAQ.

I actually had a Pre prior to my Hero. Exchange worked fine for awhile then all of a sudden, one day, stopped. I tried and tried to get it squared away but nothing worked. So, I did buy Touchdown which is decent, but I have to type in a password every time to open it up. Beyond annoying.
