Default Memory issues post 2.1 flash

When I flashed 2.1 I saw that the internal memory was at 99.something. After downloading all my apps (17 of them). I am hovering around 47mb (cleared internet cache and everything). Most of my apps aren't that large so I'm trying to figure out why my memory is so low now.

What was the memory of most people after they flashed 2.1?? Is it normal for mine to be as low as it is now??

    Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah I use a task killer....Are you talking about internal memory storage? I thought that the memory displayed in a task killer was different from storage memory??

I have an issue with option 3 and I'm running apps2sd. I had only used up 70MB right after flashing, and now its finally steady at 107MB

My phone also wasn't going to sleep very well. It doesn't sleep while it charges at all :/ and the battery life was horrible yesterday. I deleted some files I believe are problematic ones, and I'm testing it out. I can tell you even after removing them, it still doesn't sleep while on the charger.

Are you using option 2 or 3. If your using 2, Id go with option 3 it has gbhil tweaks to make it better.I run option 3 and have close to a 100 apps installed an i can run livewallpapers withsense with it.
