I picked it up about 6 weeks ago and am mostly frustrated. I get that I have to wait for HTC to allow the bootloader to be unlocked, if they do. I get that AT&T has not had the friendliest policies towards non-market apps.
I LOVED the quick controls in the browser on the SGT10.1 I used. HTC has their own skinned browser on the Jetstream without the quick controls. Why? Its the single greatest advance in tablet browsers, ever! I tried to install an APK for the browser with quick controls. Install fails and yes, I have non-market apps checked.
The version of the market AT&T has on board is missing all the good stuff, its version: 1.0.28.
I have tried to install market version 3.1.5 ( I did with no problems on my rooted HTC Evo3D ) It force closes from a QR code and from downloading the APK.
Anyone have any other ideas without the benefit of root or unlocked bootloader?
I want to love this tablet. HTC and AT&T are making it hard.
