I have gone through 3 of these TMobile MyTouch 4G phones and I continue to have the same problem. I have had several problems, but the worst has been that I cannot receive calls. My phone will not ring, and does not give any notification at all that I am receiving a call. It does not show that I have a missed call. Unless the caller leaves a message, I will have no clue that I was being called. I have called TMobile several times and I still have the same problem. Please help!! I have done everything. I have taken the battery out, changed sim cards...you name it I have done it.

Take a look here: Settings->Call->Call forwarding and make sure "Always forward" it's disabled.
