So I was using my phone the other day and happened to turn my phone off because it was being sluggish and unresponsive. When I turned it back on its giving me this message.

The volume keys as well as the power buttons don't respond when I pressed them. It won't allow me to do anything though sometimes when I start it up it goes through with an HBOOT I'm assuming. I took my phone in to t mobile and the clerk said there was nothing they could do but sell me another phone. Anyone out there have a solution for me?
