Manual Updating???

Is there any way to do this on the MyTouch 4g? Long story short, my phone isn't receiving the OTA updates, and is still stuck on the older version, I have searched for info about this, and haven't been able to find anything.

Also, having problems with video chat (I think they are related to the update honestly), as I can see someone on the video chat, however they cannot see me. It's an issue. I have DLed all of the updates for Qik, and still having the issue. Hopefully someone can help me out.

Sorry, I cannot help you with the manual update but I can say that I have received the update 2 days after I bought my phone and the QIK app still only works part time.

Actually, QIK seemed to work better b4 the update.

I think it may have something to do with the time of day; if I use it in the morning, it works fine but afternoons and evenings, not working.
