MT4G reboots itself

Help - I am sure this is a user error (ie, some setting I mucked up). every day at 1PM my phone reboots itself. I have looked at the setting and dont see where i might cause it. It's also not too bad, rebooting clears up memory leaks and such, but it's rather annoing as almost every other day i have a conference call during that time, and it will reboot while i am on the call, it's getting hard to explain to the boss why i keep leaving the conference call.

I believe my Nexus 5 also reboots at 1pm. I'm not sure if it's every day because if I'm not looking at it I won't notice.
