Nice! Have you replaced the N4 gallery/camera with the new one yet? If so did it work without having to move any other libs over? I'm going to try it as soon as the dump downloads!

How can I use this?, I wanna convert my AT&T HTC One thats unlocked bootloader with TWRP Recovery to a HTC Google Edition, and receive OTA Updates etc, what do I need to do?

EDIT: made a flashable zip of the bootanimation

This is for reference only. It's not a ROM you can flash.

Ah thanks, So we'll have to wait for someone to make it into a ROM?, Is it possible to convert my HTC One to a GE so I can get ota updates?

In time, *perhaps*. If you have the AT&T version the process will *probably* be relatively simple, once the right people get hold of the device and all the code.

That red phase beam would also be cool to have.

Can't you just flash twrp recovery and do a nandroid?

Possible to get a dd of the ramdisk, boot and system partitions then? Standard HTC boot loader or Nexus style?
