    Default Wifi Hotspot

Does anyone know if the HTC One GPe implements the built in hotspot feature the same as the Nexus phones? My understanding is the AT&T branded Android phones use a different AP when accessing data where stock android hotspot uses the same AP as when the phone is using its own data.

It appears to be the same as my Nexus 4.

My understanding is that AT&T branded phones were changed to use a different AP when tethering. That way they new when you did it. But Nexus phones used the same AP so that it wasn't obvious.
