Can i flash ROM or RUU on a relocked bootloader?

i accidently switched sense 5.5 to google edition and i want sense back because sense 6 is coming out. can i flash sense 5.5 on htc while bootloader is relocked? it is s-off. If i cant, what is the appropriate method i should use to get my phone to run on sense again. help would be greatly appreciated.i am using an htc one which was originally with telus. also if you know an easy method for me to get sense 6 when it comes out on my google edition in its current state, please do tell.here are the current specs if you know a suitable rom i should try to flash for it to work.
