Lots of people complaining about this on the xda forums
Link
Me? I have one right smack dab in the middle of the screen. Sigh...
Could we please get a screen shot to see?
Make your screen totally white and then totally black. look for any pixels that aren't behaving. How can I check?
Me, upper left hand corner of the screen. Almost never notice it. Probably going to go in a try to get it swapped anyway though since it's like 5 days old.

You should post your batch number here... so that we can track these things.
Also, is this something you notice all the time? For me, on my razr maxx its on'y something I see on certain screens like at boot up
Stuck pixels are a common occurrence with LCD displays, though they aren't as common as they used to be. In regards to desktop displays, a few years back manufacturers expected these would occur and depending on how many there were and where they were on your screen, they wouldn't swap out a display. Seems like production techniques have evolved such that they aren't as common, but they still happen.Good god, some of the stuck pixel photos in that XDA forum thread are awful. Hopefully HTC was able to shake out the problems before they started cranking out devices for the U.S.
Man you should do that ASAP, you only get 2 weeks for returns.
Please do and let us know how it goes. I know apple is very difficult to deal with about dead pixels, wonder if AT&T is as hard-headed.
The pics in this post xda-developers - View Single Post - [Q] HTC One Stuck Pixels - Anyone Else? are awful. I hope mine isn't like this. I'm willing to send it back if I have a single stuck pixel.
Hassle? They may not fight you on it, but there will still be a 4-5 day turnaround on it.Yeah, that's the post I was looking at too. Hopefully warranty exchanges for phones purchased directly from HTC/LetsTalk are not too big of a hassle.
