Me? I have one right smack dab in the middle of the screen. Sigh...

You should post your batch number here... so that we can track these things.

Also, is this something you notice all the time? For me, on my razr maxx its on'y something I see on certain screens like at boot up

Me, upper left hand corner of the screen. Almost never notice it. Probably going to go in a try to get it swapped anyway though since it's like 5 days old.

Please do and let us know how it goes. I know apple is very difficult to deal with about dead pixels, wonder if AT&T is as hard-headed.

Honestly I wasn't even looking for it. I was watching a YouTube video and it stood out to me because it's snack dab in the middle of the screen

Good god, some of the stuck pixel photos in that XDA forum thread are awful. Hopefully HTC was able to shake out the problems before they started cranking out devices for the U.S.

Stuck pixels are a common occurrence with LCD displays, though they aren't as common as they used to be. In regards to desktop displays, a few years back manufacturers expected these would occur and depending on how many there were and where they were on your screen, they wouldn't swap out a display. Seems like production techniques have evolved such that they aren't as common, but they still happen.

Man you should do that ASAP, you only get 2 weeks for returns.

Yeah, I'm gonna go in this weekend.

I hope they don't give me too much grief, if they refuse the return I'm not going to be too peeved. Its only noticeable if you're looking for it. I'll report back after I go in either Friday or this weekend.

Yeah, that's the post I was looking at too. Hopefully warranty exchanges for phones purchased directly from HTC/LetsTalk are not too big of a hassle.
Hassle? They may not fight you on it, but there will still be a 4-5 day turnaround on it.

I can live with that if they foot the bill on shipping both ways. Can't be worse than shipping firearms back to the manufacturer for warranty service, since for those you have to drop off at a FedEx hub and be home to provide adult signature when it gets sent back to you.
