In call volume question..

I have a hearing problem. With the hearing aid enabled, the volume (in call) can't be turned down past about 1/4 volume. It's kinda loud at that volume. Without the hearing aid enabled and the (in call) volume all the way up it's a little low....Is there a way to let me turn the volume lower with the hearing aid enabled? HJ

It is either one or the other unfortunatly and that is why they do that. When you enable the hearing aid compatibility it is set for that optimal volume. Where with regular in call volume you can adjust it to what you want.
