HTC Backup on Sprint

Just curious if this is something I should have set up? I created a dropbox account today just in case I decide to use the HTC Backup on my One. I saw that AT&T was just given the greenlight today to use this feature. Do I need to set it up a certain way and also how do I access it? It shows as being installed on my phone but there is no stand alone app for it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Main settings, backup, tap on your google account and you can switch to HTC from there.

Also note that you can choose HTC backup or Google backup. I'm unsure of what Google's backup does, but HTC's is pretty good. I've already used it when I got my replacement One.

You can do some things by using the HTC Sync Manager as well.
