Does anyone know how to put Google chrome were the stock browser is on the toolbar at the bottom

It seems AT&T has locked down the ability to replace your browser as well as sms from the dock. You probably need to be rooted to change these apps.

You should be able to go to the app drawer, then tap and hold, then drag the app from the dock.
