What should I expect?

So I have the S3 and I have upgraded to the HTC One. I picked it up and really liked the screen and what not. What should I expect?! Is it really that awesome? (Mind you it was a free upgrade and gift from att.)

I had the S3 when it first came out and sold it within a few months and went back to an iPhone. I switched to the One three weeks ago and loving it. Feels so much better on my hand and there's none of the Samsung bloatware.

It's a very nice mobile, it's the best looking in the market, and it's lag free.
They did no mistake naming it the ONE

yes, it's really that awesome..I'm coming from a iPhone BTW and I never found an Android that I liked until now...
