HTC one comparison with developer edition?

Hello, im trying to get a htc phone but cant decide which one to get, the 32gb normal edition or the 64gb developer edition. what are the main differences between them? i also read some content from 64gb wont work due to the unlocked bootloader. what are they? and, will the phone work international with other sim-cards? Btw, im getting the phone from the htc shop online. Thanks in advance

I am actually at the same situation as you are, I was fixed on the international version but then I read that the developer version has 64gb of storage so I was wondering what is the main difference apart form the boot loader and the storage capacity, I really don`t want to miss on anything if I get the developers version, and I am not going to be using it outside usa anyway.
I will post this question in xda and see what they tell me.
