Thanks. I have both the S4 and One. The battery on both have been horrible lately. Had to turn off location for all Google services. Hopefully this will fix them.

It also fixed my location problem for the weather app. Finally.

My location always worked on my weather app. Every so often though, it would display "current location" for a bit but it always fixed itself. But glad it fixed it for you!!

What's funny is I posted this in the S4 forums to help the peeps with battery problems, like myself who has the S4. In just a few minutes, it got pushed back to the second page but had 501 views. People seem to be more worried about which phone is better than having possible better battery life and location fixes.....

You can move it in from your computer to the phones storage then open it up with like the astro file manager app.
Or just download it directly from a link you find on the internet. Like from androidpolice.

I haven't noticed really any difference honestly. BUT...my stock weather app doesn't display "current location" anymore. I would go into google play in apps and clear its data and cache then reboot for a fresh start.
