Weird thing in my notification bar

I'm so sorry I don't know how to attach a pic, and if this was covered somewhere I swear I looked for almost a week, this is my second one and the first didn't have it, it is on the right side by the batt, and wifi, it looks almost like a ear or possibly a mic earpiece, it's not headphones but does show lines like sound is on, I check blue tooth plus everything else I can imagine, again I'm very new to android and the forums so forgive me if my first post is poor but really could use help, besides that I'm loving my one so much

Look under "Calls" in settings. It sounds as if you have the hearing aid option checked.

Thanks so much for you input and knowledge you hit that first try, after days of research you got it first try it took a second to get rid of

No this thread already helped me but thanks it was hearing aid that had to be disabled in call settings I new it wasn't nfc but again thanks for repkying
