I got an Otterbox defender as a gift and am not a fan. The size is bad but I really dislike the screen protector. Is there a retail store that will exchange for another case without a receipt or should I just try Craigslist?

Edit: Spellcheck autocorrected the title.

Take the screen protector off and get a better one. That's if you want to keep the otterbox

Unless you're overly careless and prone to dropping your device, I can't understand why anyone would want to add that kind of bulk to the sleek and refined shape of the HTC One in the first place. For most situations, where a much, much slimmer case will do, it's overkill (as far as I'm concerned).

You could always sell it, or even be oh so kind to give it away as an gift. And I agree with everyone else, unless you're a construction worker... or a superhero I don't think Otter boxes are necessary, but they're effective.

I use an otterbox defender and it's essential for what I do for a living. The OP could just send it to me and I'll put it to good use.
