Is it ok to play/watch youtube and charge?
Usually playing despicable me game.

Is it ok to charge when it goes down to 15%?
Or will it spoil the battery?

I don't know for sure but I reckon it'd be absolutely fine, unless your using more power than what is being put back into the battery. What do you mean with the 15% question?

Most ppl say dont let battery go below 15%. It will cost the battery life.
I prefer to charge it when it go below 15%

Yeah with these batteries you should charge when you can. Waiting till that low isn't needed and does nothing but harm in the future.

Ok, I get it. Obviously, if you can charge before it gets this low, do it. However, as long as you don't let it die from being so flat, you shouldn't worry about his too much :)

No it won't. I wouldn't let it drop past 30%, though and charge it whenever possible, as mentioned above.

This is what I try and do. I was at 100 last night... This morning got it to 50 percent after being at work.. Charged to 100 percent at lunch.. Now at 330 it's back to 60 percent (streaming music and screen on pretty much whole time) so I'll probably get home around 420 and be at 50 percent again so I'll plug it up before going out tonight.

Edit - oh yeah I stream music while charging at work.. No harm.

:).
