Hi guys, it seems those fools of Go4Computers sold me a weird HTC One, it said Factory unlocked and it doesn't even work on the supposed 3G bands, I'm quite dissapointed of my overall experience with the phone, more now that it is usable just as much as a radio. However, I wanted to give it a try and see if I can do something about the radio bands it works on, but first I needed to know which model it is, according to some info I read it needs to be model UL to support LTE bands in most american carriers, so, I downloaded some files, ran CMD, then cd C:\, then cd fastboot (the name of the folder) and then ran fastboot getvar all, to see the info of the phone, but it just stayed waiting for device, and my phone was showing FASBOOT USB, nothing happened after, I did the same process and then connected the phone in fastboot mode, I did it viceversa and nothing, I just have a couple of days before returning the phone for a refound, but maybe this thing can be saved. (I want it to work on 850 WCDMA band, and AWS LTE band). I currently don't know anything about the phone cause I can't advance that step, I'm a noob about this but I need to know If I can save so much waiting time and frustration.

Btw, don't buy from that basterds, they don't have any idea of whatever they are selling. My phone came with an european AC adapter, since then it was suspicious. Thank you. I need replies fast, it's international shipping and I need it to get there before the 28 day refund time ends.

    Thank you again.

Are you using Windows? If so, did you install the drivers for the device?

The status said "installing drivers" then "Ready to use" and then I tried to do the process, but it failed as I explain in the first post.

I noticed when my phone was booted Into the OS itself windows would communicate just fine, however when in the bootloader it showed up as an unrecognized device and I had to manually install the drives. I'm out and about right now otherwise I would have some links to send you but once I return home I'll let you know.

Thank you, but it will no longer be needed, I will return the phone, I''m still in my 30 days refund mark, and I'm no techy phone expert, and I know I won't be able to flash another radio, bad luck for me, hope I get luckier next time. Cheers. Thank you.
