Help! Phone won't turn on

My phone's battery died and it shut off. So I plugged it in to charge. The charging light just blinks instead of shows up solid (could swear this is solid eventually) and was set on charge for an hour.

It won't turn on now. I'm trying to just at least get it on while charging so I don't miss calls but holding down the power button does nothing.

Try holding the power button and the up or down volume button at the same time??

No dice, I even tried resetting the battery calibration by holding power up/down together for 2 minutes. Now it doesn't even show a red light when charging. Great. And a replacement 'refurbished' model.

Welp AT&T is sending me yet another replacement. They said this is a dud.

Lol. So it wasn't the phone. The stupid hub I had the charger plugged into is a nice of crap and is not ficijg a constant power supply to the phone. Once I plugged it in directly into my PC all was back to normal. Tried to cancel the replacement they are sending me but too late. So I'll just send that back when it arrives.
