Need Assistance With ROM Selection

For all of you ROM/root enthusiasts out there...

First of all, the HTC One is the best phone I've ever had the privilege to use.

However, I require help from you fellow One geeks in choosing a custom ROM that meets the following criteria; starting with most important points first:

- Improved battery life.
- Increases available storage.
- Stable and fast.
- All features on the HTC One can be used, like stock.

I'm using Sprint as my carrier.

Hello,

This is the beauty of rooting and custom ROMs. My suggestion I always recommend someone in your position grabs a few of the most popular ROMs, throw them on your device and give each one a test drive for a few days. Of course make your Nandroid backup in TWRP or CWM recovery before you flash so you have your original setup to restore to.

Anyone can recommend a ROM but each of our own tastes vary and the only true way is to give it a test drive.

I rooted my HTC One for the first time recently, and upon some suggestions, I installed Android Revolution HD 12.1 (xda link). I haven't tried any others, so I can't compare it to any yet. It seems to be working fine though. No bugs/complaints (at least not that I've noticed yet).

I'll do a Nandroid backup and try out a couple of others, maybe Venom and Maximus, sometime this weekend.
