HTC one question

If HTC loses the lawsuit and can't sell the one in the USA anymore what happens with updates for phones already here? I just bought one last week and can still exchange, should I? I love the phone but am nervous.

Yeah same here..i hope they dont give up on supporting the htc one because i just bought mine and love it. Makes me nervous being that i just got it.

Man ... It's my fault, I got a BlackBerry in March thinking the apps would come...and now this after having the HTC One less than 48 hours.. maybe yall should just ban me.

I honestly wouldn't worry about it. HTC will probably have to pay Nokia to continue to keep selling the phone.

I think it'll be a non issue. Even if a ban occur's they'll have a fix asap i would think
