Anyone NOT able to update to 4.3??

I was able to (seemingly) download the 565MB update last Thurs. without issue, but after the device reboots and begins applying the update, the green progress indicator gets about 1/3 of the way before it errors with a red triangle with an exclamation point in the middle saying that it was unable to update. I've tried this about 4x with the same results. The most recent on attempt on Sat. saw my device nearly fully charged (the 1st attempt yielded a message saying that the charge needed to be at/above 35%... my device, at the time, was at about 30%).

Has anyone else run into this and, if so, have you been able to find a solution allowing you to successfully update your device(s)?

Hello.

I have the exact same problem.
I have an unlocked HTC One from Rogers (Canada).
I am currently working on the T-Mobile network, if it matters.
I recently downloaded the update (v3.22.631.1).
It proceeds to restart my phone.
I see the initial "update screen", with an underlying bar.
It stays for about a milli-second, and changes into the same "Triangle" you see.
No "failure to update" message, etc.
Just strictly does not update, and reboots back to 4.1.
Tried rebooting/charging/connected to laptop, with no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

There must be others experiencing this update issue.
