headphones when plugged in volume goes extremely low

Hi everyone,

My problem is whrn i plug any headphone in the volume goes extremely low. Even when i put it to full volume i can only hear a faint amount of sound.

Can someone help me please?

A simple possibility could be that the plug isn't being inserted completely. Either due to it not being pushed in far enough or being hindered by a case.

Otherwise, the jack maybe be blocked, dirty, broken.

Hi, did you manage to fix this issue? I have the same problem, sound is fine externally but as soon as I plug in headphones I can only hear a very faint sound. It has happened to me before around 3 months ago then just started working again. I'm pulling my hair out trying to fix the issue as I know it's something to do with the settings or software and not the hardware as it worked again the last time.

Any help would be appreciated...
