how do i unroot my HTC ONE?

I really need to know how to unroot my htc one and remove teamwin recovery, ive been looking all day for a stock rom that i can flash to and i cant find a working link
if anyone can help me out, or even get a step by step guide on what to do, preferably on mac but i do have access to windows, i would much appreciate that.

And I want to go back to stock, so won't I need a stock RUU?

You need to obtain the stock RUU and it has to be carrier /region specific for the radios and other important items or you will end up with a nice brick.

Keep in mind it will still show tampered under your bootloader. Only way to get rid of any signs of rooting and unlocking of your bootloader is to obtain S OFF and remove the tampered flag then RUU back to stock and lock the bootloader.

Where can I find the stock RUU for my HTC, I don't mind it saying tampered because I won't be sending it in, but if I could get it back to original it would be fantastic, is there any chance you'll be able to leave me links/ a guide in how to get back to stock?
