HTC One screen issues

I'm not sure if this was addressed before but the touch screen on my HTC One seems to have a lagging issue. It was working perfectly with slight touches up to last night but now its hardly as precise. When I try to get the pull down notification bar, it won't pull down or I can't double tap the home button to close apps. :-\

Any ideas as to the problem here? :-\

Its a factory unlocked device.

Try restarting the phone, if that doesn't work try a factory reset.

we have the same concern.. have you tried bringing it to htc service center??
