Default So the Kit Kat update for the One disables Flash in the stock browser...

Is there a technical reason behind this or is Google trying to kill off Flash once and for all?

I'm just curious as to why they would remove functionality for something that worked fine. Is it a security issue?

Plenty of reputable sites still use Flash so I don't understand crippling the browser. Yes, I know there are third party apps, but still.

Well officially it was Adobe that killed flash over a year ago. There's work around for it on kk but to much work. And if sights havent updated to html5 they should.
